Security Engineer

Job Description

The Security Engineer is responsible for protecting ORGO's information assets and managing security risks. They strengthen the organization's overall security posture through penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring. They will also be involved in incident response and security policy development.

Duties

  • Conduct security audits and risk assessments

  • Immediate response and reporting of security incidents

  • Increase employee security awareness through development and implementation of educational programs

Qualifications

  • As a security engineer, you must have extensive technical knowledge and practical experience related to information security, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security monitoring. This includes familiarity with security tools and protocols.

  • Knowledge of security tools and protocols

  • Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates with security-related certifications (ISMS, CISSP, CEH, etc.) and experience in responding to actual security incidents and in developing security policies are expected to make a significant contribution to strengthening the organization's security posture.

  • Maintain security certifications (ISMS, CISSP, CEH, etc.)

  • Experience in incident response and security policy development

Working hours

10:00-19:00 (1 hour break)

Salary increase & bonus

Based on the result of a individual performance review (twice a year) and company’s performance

Annual paid leave based on company regulations (26 days granted upon hire)

Employment Status

Full-time regular employment (3 months of probation period under the same condition as regular employment)
