-What made you decide
to join ORGO?

In my previous job, I worked on contract-based development and often felt distant from the users. I wanted to experience not just "creating things" but also "bringing joy to people," so I looked for a company with its own products. Additionally, I have played baseball since childhood and currently belong to an amateur club team. While playing, I noticed a gap between "actual movement" and "verbal descriptions of movement," which I saw as a challenge. I always wondered if technology could quantify and communicate body movement more effectively. When ORGO reached out to me, I realized it was the perfect place where I could apply both my engineering experience and passion, so I decided to join.

-Can you describe
your current responsibilities?

Currently, I am responsible for ePose's business operations, managing both marketing and development. I conduct user interviews and analyze various metrics to identify issues in our website and app, propose improvements, and create specifications. As a former engineer, I design the overall system, while the development work is outsourced to our group company, Vananaz Technologies Inc. Vananaz Technologies, based in the Philippines, is a highly skilled offshore development firm, and I act as the bridge, directly coordinating with them. Since I oversee specifications, scheduling, and prioritization, I ensure smooth development processes.

-What do you find
most interesting about your work?most interesting about
your work?

The most fascinating aspect of my work is that my decisions and ideas have a direct impact on the service. For example, when we implement a marketing initiative, the analytics data changes immediately, and when we improve the app, we can clearly see quantitative changes in user behavior. Since this trial-and-error process directly affects results, I feel a great sense of responsibility, but at the same time, an even greater sense of fulfillment. Moreover, knowing that people are willing to pay for the service we created is the greatest reward. I will continue striving to provide even better services in the future.
