to join ORGO?

One of the reasons I joined ORGO is its uniquely global environment, which is rare in Japanese companies. your current responsibilities?

In my role, I focus on research and innovation to enhance our existing products while exploring new solutions to address potential customer challenges. I also publish research findings to validate the reliability and effectiveness of our products. Furthermore, I analyze and evaluate requests for new features and customizations, ensuring that we provide solutions tailored to customer needs.

What I find most interesting is the dynamic nature of my work. There are always new challenges to tackle, which keeps me engaged and serves as my motivation to continue learning. Additionally, seeing the tangible impact our products have on society gives my work deeper meaning. This makes every new innovation and improvement even more significant.
