INTERVIEW 01
ENGINNER
Delight when things I work on diligently reach realization
Ryotaro Numata
Q1Tell us about your job.
Among the skill-share services for support in our company, I am engaged in the development of a live distribution system using WebRTC. This system needs to run on a real-time basis because the motions of a teacher have to be synchronized with those of a student. In addition, image analysis using AI can automate the evaluation of synchronism between motion and the measurement of effectiveness. This technology development is worked on jointly with universities so that the company can adopt advanced technological approaches as needed basis.
Q2For what aspect of this job do you find a rewarding sense of satisfaction?
As I am aggressively engaged in research and development of what has not ever been seen in the world with enthusiasm, this job builds my skills as an individual and a member of the company. In addition, as I actively express my opinions on the specifications of the services, I can confidently release the product whose development I worked on. All the members of my team are also strongly motivated, so I am fulfilled at work in a friendly atmosphere while sometimes locked in sportsmanlike competition. I find a rewarding sense of satisfaction for realizing my development through a fulfilling job in a favorable environment.
Q3What kinds of jobs and activities do you want to do as a plan for the future?
I want to develop the only one technology for the product under development. For realizing that, I think I have to not only further improve my skills but also work in a manner supported by other engineers. I want to be an engineer that can appeal to the world as an individual and a company by translating the technologies I develop into intellectual properties and actively presenting papers in the academic society. Apart from that, I want to develop good products while enjoying daily tasks with friendly team members.
The corporate culture that values staff highly fosters a positive attitude and growth.
Yuki Nakahachi
Q1Tell us about your job.
As a writer of the fitness medium QOOL, I collect information considering the composition of articles and publish the articles on the Web. One of my objectives is to make the articles appear higher up in Google search engine rankings. There is more than one right answer for that. When an article based on the idea that occurs by uniting all the efforts of the team members is ranked well in the search engines or leads to favorable sales, I enjoy a feeling of accomplishment that has not ever been experienced before.
Q2Tell us about the attraction of working at ORGO and the company’s atmosphere.
What surprised me the most when I joined ORGO was the outstanding benefit package, including the semi-personal training lessons for no charge. I am impressed with ORGO’s attitude of investing its staff with no stints. Many of the staff members are positive with a strong awareness of health. The way they work actively and lively stimulates me in a good way every day. Those who want to master new skills and knowledge or those who want to develop further are provided with an optimal environment.
Q3What kinds of jobs and activities do you want to do in the future?
Today, with the coming of the era of the 100-year lifespan, I think fitness will have a more important implication for us than ever before. Physical health is indispensable for enjoying long life to the maximum, but there are still many people who are not sure how to do physical exercise. I have done improper training for a certain period, too. I want to deliver correct information to develop an environment where people can start fitness activities more casually in the future.
Environment where inexperienced staff members can take on a challenge with peace of mind

Q1Tel us about your job.
My current main job is to shoot video of training for Takutore Life. Prior arrangements for various matters are made before shooting, including the schedule coordination for video shooting, creating words to be read out by models and subtitles on the screen, and doing a feature as a writer. On the day of shooting, I am engaged in improving the quality of the video, including the modification for more intelligibility with the advice of an editorial supervisor, as well as the careful check of the model’s movement.
Q2For what aspect of this job do you find a rewarding sense of satisfaction?
I find great joy and satisfaction when video content I entirely engaged in has completed. As I had worked as an instructor before, I had no experience in video creation. So, I felt uneasy when I joined this company, but experienced staff members coached me carefully and gave a helping hand when I was in trouble. The environment where we can take on a challenge with peace of mind is the great attraction of ORGO.
Q3What kinds of jobs and activities do you want to do as a plan for the future?
Aiming at becoming a trainer who can deliver the fun of fitness through media in the future, I have acquired the qualification of NSCA-CPT as an NSCA-certified personal trainer. I also want to enhance the use of SNS in order to let more people know of the media. ORGO warmly welcomes even inexperienced individuals. We are looking forward to working with those who want to develop their potential further beyond the current bounds!
